Who we are:

The Diabetes Clinic is a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improve the quality of life of clients living with type 2 diabetes and those at risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Team members include:

• Registered Nurse, Certified Diabetes Educator

• Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator

• Dr. Patricia Peticca MD,FRCSC, General Internal Medicine specialized in Endocrinology and Metabolism

• Pre diabetes

• Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes
